Failed Booked Session does not Delete

Feature Request

I had a session booked for T72 but the roof was closed and the scope offline.

I could have cancelled but when it was offline but let it stay to see what happened.

The booked session passed but did not delete. Is this because the booking agent cannot talk to the telescope?

I would be better if a session does not start for any reason it was deleted and points refunded but perhaps the telescope needed to be online

    It may take some time to update as we often see internet dropouts that last 10 or so minutes at Chile.

    Our new systems take this internet instability into account.

    I see it takes about one hour to update! No problem -false alarm
