A session that went wrong, a telescope that misbehaved, or something in StellarDock that doesn't work.

Subscriptions, credits, charges, invoices, signing in and group accounts.

How something in StellarDock works, when the help center doesn't answer it.

Refund requests start from My Data in the app, so the images are attached: open the session and choose Request refund.

Top-up requests from group account administrators, sent from the group admin portal.

One shared issue many customers report, e.g. "T24 roof fault 28 Sep". Link their tickets here; status changes update them all.

I have noticed that T25 file names do not include Binning eg (1×1, 2×2). The file size is a giveaway but inclusion of this would be nice.
